ವಿಶ್ವ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ 2026ರ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂತೋಷಭರಿತ ವಾತಾವರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಯಿತು.

KLE Law College, Bengaluru, in association with the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority (KSLSA), organised a workshop for Paralegal Volunteers (PLVs) on 17th September 2026 at KLE Law College, Bengaluru.
The workshop focused on strengthening the knowledge, skills and effectiveness of Paralegal Volunteers in facilitating access to justice and extending legal services to communities, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged sections of society.
The programme provided an opportunity for PLVs to enhance their understanding of their responsibilities and their important role in connecting people with available legal aid and support services.

A new journey of learning, service and social responsibility begins as the Legal Services Clinic welcomes students of the 5-Year Integrated Law Courses and 3-Year LL.B. Degree Course.
The programme was held on 8th September 2026 at 10:00 AM at Shashwathi Auditorium, MKPM RVILS Campus, Bengaluru.
The programme featured Shri. H. Shashidhara Shetty, District Judge & Member Secretary, Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, Bengaluru, as the Guest Speaker.
